V&A Access to Images
"You may search here for over 16,000 works and over 20,000 images from the V&A collections. The database covers a wide range of objects, including ceramics, fashion, furniture, glass, metalwork, paintings, photographs, prints, sculpture, and textiles." There is no browsing feature, but if you leave the "search" form empty all of the images will come up in thumbnail form. From the Victoria and Albert (V&A) Museum in London.

This Australian university library's collection offers hundreds of electronic books, including "classic works of Literature, Philosophy, Science, and History." Searchable; browsable by author (alphabetically or chronologically), title, or theme. Includes links to other electronic book collections and literature resources.

 
Pacific Salmon
This student-created Web site presents information about the life cycle of Pacific salmon, a history of salmon fisheries, and a discussion of the debate concerning fish farming. The activities section offers a salmon life cycle simulator, salmon math games, and other interactive features. Includes salmon related artwork, music, and stories.
